$965/month includes all apartment utilities and trash removal. Cable and internet is not included but it's available; the apartment is not furnished. We require a 10-12 month lease, no short term leases are available. References, security deposit and first month's rent are all required. One cat is acceptable, with an additional deposit. We cannot allow dogs at this location.
