The detailed lease will be given if the renter decides to move forward after the tour. The home will be rented out to the best qualified applicant that first pays the security deposit.
There is a no pet policy and a no smoking policy.
There is a $1500 security deposit due during move in as well as the first months rent which will be due on that first day each month. This will all be listed in the detailed lease agreement.
The home owner will take care of all major maintenance requests.
There are no other extra fees besides the security deposit and rent. Any rule that is broken will disqualify the lease and initiate the move out policy.
