We are looking for two individuals or a small family (up to two adults and one child) to rent an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)/portion of our single-family home.
About the Space:
- Rent: $2,300 per month (includes all utilities: electricity, gas, water, sewage, trash & recycling, and internet)
- Parking: Driveway and ample street parking available
- Private entrance for added convenience

Given the structure of the space, we kindly ask that you reach out only if the following conditions work for you:
- No smoking, drinking, or pets on the premises- no overnight guests
- Preferred lease term: 1 year
- Refrigerator options: We are happy to share our brand-new fridge (placed in the garage) with renters, provided they maintain a vegan household. Alternatively, tenants may bring their fridge.
