Some bathrooms have the tub and toilet in one room and the vanity in the other room with the laundry hookups. All of these spaces have been newly painted, all have vinyl wood look flooring and all come with a stove and a fridge. Each unit has a small, private backyard with new fencing. Pets are only allowed with owner approval and a $350 non refundable pet fee. Yard services and water will be paid by the owner! Parking available for tenants, but your guests will be required to enjoy street parking.
