The location is off of Federal and Hampton making it super convenient to access all major highways, lightrail/bus system, the mountains, red rocks, Denver downtwn, etc. Grocery stores and a sorawling outdoor mall are just minutes away.
The qualifications are steady employment, at least 2x income to rent, great landlord references, and a clean background check.
