Hello, my name is Jared, and Im looking for people to come live with me in my new place in American Fork. Ive been a landlord for about 6 years now at my place in West Jordan. I have never once raised rent on someone after move in and do not plan to. I am looking for someone with the standards of an LDS young single adult. The standards include: clean- no swearing- no r-rated movies- no alcohol or drugs- cleans up- and has relatively quiet music. Nothing that would reasonably bother other tenants or myself will be tolerated. Any questions or complaints can be made to me and I will take action. Let me know of any questions you may have.
Rooms:
3 good-sized private rooms - $600 a month-
The master suite with a private bathroom - $800 a month-
+ utilities split by renters- these estimate to be $50-100 (Solar mostly covers the electricity).
*$500 for the Month of June ($100-$300 discount)
I do not believe in crazy fees. Only a fully refundable deposit of last months rent will be required upon move-in.
*These pictures are of the house as it was staged when it was purchased. The furniture might be a bit different, as well as hopefully some lighter color painting after a while.
Future plans are to paint all yellowish walls in the basement white and add more gravel/cement for parking spots. I will be furnishing everything as I go.
