Why? Because I am traveling abroad for three or four months at a time and need someone to watch my black lab while I am gone. That would mean letting him out in the back yard and also walking him a couple times per day.
Also I will drop in for two weeks at a time approximately every quarter year.
You get way much more than the space one person needs.
