2 pet max. $50 pet rent per month per pet and additional deposit of $500.
Ashwood Estates Non-Service Animal Pet Rules & Regulations:
Applicants must disclose before application is made all pets of any type, size or breed; this includes small pets such as birds, rodents, reptiles or fish. Failure to disclose all pets could result in application denial or eviction. Aggressive breed dogs are not allowed on Ashwood Estates property. Aggressive dog breeds such as, but not limited to: Wolves, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweiler’s, Dobermans, Chows, Akitas, Presa Canarios, Karelian Bear Dog, Dogo Argentinos, Malamute, Husky and German Shepherds or any mix thereof.
Poisonous animals, farm animals, livestock, wildlife kept as pets or exotic pets are not allowed.
Free roaming reptiles, birds or rodents are not allowed. Water filled aquariums must be under 20 gallons.
The number of pets that will be allowed will be determined by types of pets, size of pets, size of rental unit/yard and references.
In exchange for the privilege of having a pet(s) tenants will be charged a minimum pet deposit of $500, larger number of pets may require larger deposit. Tenant’s monthly rent will have a pet rent of $50 per month per pet, this applies to dogs, cats, ferrets, birds, an aquarium or any animal larger than 5 pounds.
Acquiring new pets or replacing deceased pets is prohibited without permission from landlord and new pet agreement signed.
