Apartment homes on the third floor have vaulted ceilings.
Free onsite parking is available to all of our residents. In addition, heated underground parking is available for $40 per month. Elevators are available to take you to each of our three levels of apartment homes and the underground parking. Storage is available for $20 per month.
Pleasant Valley Apartments welcomes seniors of all income levels. To qualify for an income eligible apartment, the combined gross income of all adults in the household must be below the Columbia County Maximum Income Limit. The limit is determined by the number of household members.
Heat, water and sewer included in rent. Weather protected trash receptacles and inside mailboxes. Front entry is locked and intercom controlled.
