Community amenity devices are purchased directly from the community manager for Sonoma at Southside and are not included in the cost of the rent. Community amenities are currently closed while they are in the process of remodeling. Trash collection is provided by the community. Mailbox keys are handled directly by the USPS.

This home requires a two-step application process. Prospects will first apply with Compass Property Management Group, whose application requirements can be found at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] The prospects then must be approved by Sonoma at Southside. Applications can take up to 14 business days to complete both applications.

CFRP Properties require all funds to be paid electronic through the CFRP Portal. All maintenance requests will be sent to CPMG. There is a sixty (60) move-out notice requirement. There is a $25.00 admin fee applied after each lease renewal is signed.

All residents are required to have renters’ insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage with CFRP Realty, LLC as an additional insured. The policy must be provided to CFRP Realty, LLC prior to move-in.

Failure to provide proof of renters insurance or cancelling insurance will result in auto-enrollment in Roost’s The Liability to Landlord Insurance Program. You will be charged $13.50 per month for this program due on the first of the month. This program does not cover your belongings and only protects the owner and their assets.
