I bought and lived in this condo for 8 years- its great! I wouldnt move out, but I decided to move in with my girlfriend, so that is why I am looking for a renter. I will be a great landlord and always make sure everything is taken care of.
The owner covers all the utilities besides WIFI. The only expense for the renter is rent (and WIFI if you want it). Cats and dogs are allowed. You will need to register your animal with the HOA. The HOA charges $35.00 a year for dogs under 20 pounds and $50 a year for dogs over 50 pounds. The condo has one covered parking spot, but extra spots are available for rent for $35/month. The lease length needs to be a year or longer. No smoking in the condo. There will be a $45.00 application fee.
