South Ogden room for rent is almost like having a one Bedroom Apartment for yourself. You have your own Bedroom, Bathroom (with custom shower) and a separate Kitchen to use, the main Kitchen is upstairs, there is a Washer & Dryer included also right next to the bathroom. And the basement has its own entrance so you can come and go without having to use the main floor entrance.

The home is large about 3700 square feet in South Ogden near 40th Street and Washington Blvd.
You would be sharing the house with me and one other roommate (all male).
We are all quiet and respectful. Upstairs is the largest part of the house it has three Bedrooms, two bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining room, Laundry plus Family room/Game room plus other amenities.
Downstairs has two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms I use as an office. 1 bath, a Kitchen with a laundry room and a living room with a TV.
Cable and Internet are included.
I am renting the room to 1 person only.
You must be a Non-Smoker to apply.

Household is very quiet and kept clean and I am looking for someone who is considerate and cleans up after themselves and doesnt mind pitching in to keep the common areas clean. There is no drama at all in the house and we hope to find someone that is looking for a great place to call a home. Rent is $660 plus 30% of utilities usually between $100-$120 Sorry but No Pets are Allowed. Deposit is usually about $600
I do a background and credit check before I rent to anyone which cost $40.
