APPLICATION PROCESS
Credit and Background: 700 or above credit score. Applicants with a lower credit score due to lack of history may be considered with a higher deposit. No criminal background. For couples or roommates, both applicants must pass the credit and background check.
DEPOSIT:
A Security deposit in the form of a check or money order that is equal to 1 month's rent is needed to hold the apartment.
No Smoking Allowed
The tenant is responsible for ALL UTILITIES.
There is a 25 lbs. limit on all pets with a 2 pet maximum, there is a 1 time non-refundable fee of $250 per pet.
$30 application fee, all applicants must have a 700 credit score or higher and no criminal record.
12-month lease option
