3) Please note that there is a non-refundable application fee of $45.00 for each adult applicant should you choose to move forward and complete our online Rental Application. CREDIT APPLICATION FEES ARE REFUNDED IF THE APPLICATION WAS NOT RUN. APPLICATIONS THAT ARE RUN, DENIED, OR ABANDONED AFTER RUNNING ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

4) Applicants must have a credit score of 650 or above. All applicants with credit scores below 650 will be declined. No evictions or outstanding rent balances in the last three years (unless paid in full and there have been no problems with residency since).

5) No more than three negative accounts on your credit profile in the last 18-months. Credit, background check, income and asset verification required for all adult tenants.

6) Bankruptcy may be okay, provided that it has been discharged and credit has met the above aforementioned requirements.

7) Providing false information will terminate your application or tenancy (if applicable) immediately.
