APPLICANTS MUST NOT HAVE:

- Broken a lease in the past 5 years

- Been evicted from a property in the past 10 years

- A felony convictions within the last 7 years involving bodily harm

- A felony convictions within the last 7 years involving property destruction or damage

- A felony convictions at any time for a sexual offense

PLEASE NOTE:

- Trash and Sewer not included. All utilities are paid by the tenant.

- Smoking within the house is prohibited

- Tenant is responsible for yard care, cutting grass and trimming of any bushes and limbs

- We have a zero tolerance policy for late payments. Payment is due on the 1st. Grace period ends on the 3rd. The eviction process begins on the 4th.
