704 Spruce Street is a Victorian house that was split into three apartments. Great location on the west end of Spruce in Boulder's historic Mapleton Hill neighborhood. Easy access to Pearl Street as well as hiking/biking trails on the west side of town.
Apartment A is the top level of the house, with its own entrance/porch. Large yard/garden in back is shared by all three units, and comes with a picnic table.
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. The wall A/C unit in the bedroom is ours. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.
APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS:
Living room = 15'5" x 10'10" (13'8" @ widest)
Bedroom = 12'10" x 12'9"
Kitchen = 12'11" x 8'9
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. No dogs allowed, unless it's a service/support animal.
