The convenience of in-unit laundry is also provided. Please note that pets are not permitted at this time due to the presence of a dog and a small child in the shared space.

Lease Terms:
How long is the lease? It is a 3-month lease only.
Do you accept Section 8? Yes, but you must still pass a background check and meet the income requirements.
Do you accept pets? Yes, with approval and a pet deposit. It must be okay with the current dog at the property, which shares the same patio area.
Are utilities included? The tenant pays for water and electricity.
Security Deposit at move-in? Usually, it is the same amount as the rent.
What credit score do I need? Typically, a 675 or better score.
Do you accept people with evictions? No, there are no exceptions.
Do you accept co-signers? No.
Do you accept no credit? No.
Do you accept people without a social security number? No.
Laundry? There is a washer and dryer in the home.
Parking? Street parking only.
Is there Air Conditioning? Central AC and Heat included.
Appliances? A fridge, stove, oven, washer, and dryer are included.
What is the income requirement? Typically, it is 2.5 times the rent amount. You must submit your pay stubs for the last two months if you are an employee. If you are collecting payments from a 3rd source (like disability, SSI, Section 8, Retirement) And are considered an Independent Contractor or Self-Employed, I will need your last two bank statements.
