The monthly rent for this property is $675, and in order to secure the unit, the successful applicant will need to pay a refundable deposit of $575.00 as well as a non-refundable admin fee of $100. • No felony convictions (must be non-violent and/or convicted before 2012)

• Fewer than 4 negative items in collections/charge-offs/delinquencies

• No past utility accounts in collections
