Description

NO HOA! This stunning one-story floor plan features three bedrooms, two baths, and spacious living areas. It is tiled throughout except for bedrooms and living room—open floor plan of the family room and kitchen. The family room has a gas fireplace. The kitchen has newer appliances, a snack bar for informal meals, and tile countertops with plenty of cabinets. There is an enclosed studio/sunroom/office with air conditioning, heating, and a separate entrance. The home's exterior has desert landscaping in the front and back yards, a covered patio, and solar screens. Newer exterior paint. Epoxy-coated garage floor.

The photos are one year old and will be replaced once the property is vacated. It is tenant-occupied until the end of May and has an ETA of June 5th. We don't disturb the tenants, so only approved applicants will be granted an appointment before they move out.

The successful candidate will have at least a 650 credit score, a gross monthly household income of three times the rent, and at least two stellar landlord references. A nonrefundable $125 administrative fee will be charged if you are accepted and decide to move forward with the rental. All persons over 18 must complete an application, and everyone living at the house must be identified on the lease. Proof of renters' insurance is required. The tenant pays for power, gas, water, sewer, landscaping, and cable. There is a $25/mo. utility reimbursement charge for trash.
