We loved living in this home, and only moved because of work location. We loved the tall open ceilings, which make the space feel so much bigger, and the open concept of the house. The back yard is fenced. We put in a brand new AC/heating unit.
Lease will be for a year at $1800/month.
Renter is responsible for utilities. Renter is responsible for maintaining the lawn. Kitchen appliances are almost new and in working condition, so renter will be responsible for the maintenance of those appliances.
Security deposit and ab additional months rent required upon move in, this will be refunded at end of lease upon no major damages. If renter will not complete the full year lease, the landlord has the right to keep security deposit. Subleasing allowed in the case that renter has to move unexpectedly. Pets are fine as long as will not tear up walls or doors.
