There are french doors that access the open courtyard with a swing and fire pit. Set up a cafe table and chairs on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee or have dinner as the sun sets with the prefect view. There are lighted decks connecting the parking area, all the way to the front door. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse the sand and salt off when returning from the beach. LEASE TERMS:
There is a one month security deposit and first months rent required before taking possession of the property. Pets, or smokers are not allowed. Interested renters must submit an application that will include a background and income verification check.
The lease includes Electric utilities, Gas Utilities for the tankless water heater, water, sewage and 2x per week garbage pick-up in the monthly lease costs.
