Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer.

“Carolina Dream” is a magnificent family home that is draped in luxury and features 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a 3-car garage, multiple decks, private elevator, convenient beach access, endless ocean views, and so much more! The first living level of “Carolina Dream” has four bedrooms and a dedicated laundry room with two full sized washers and dryers. A guest room with a queen-size bed is the first room you will find. Furnished with a smart tv, this queen guest room features a spacious closet, private bathroom with custom tile work, and private balcony. Down the hall is a bunk room that has a pyramid bunk (twin over full) and a traditional bunk bed (twin over twin), and a private bathroom offers a shower tub combo and a television. At the end of the hall there are two ocean front guest rooms. The room on the left has two lush queen-sized beds, a large walk-in closet, access to an ocean front balcony, and a luxurious bathroom that sports a private water closet, dual vanity, and walk in shower. Across the hall is the fourth guest bedroom that also offers access to the ocean front deck, a tv, and private bathroom with breathtaking tile work that leads to a walk-in shower. The second living level of this immaculate home houses the primary and junior primary suites. The sprawling primary suite truly leaves nothing to be desired. A plush king-sized bed positions you so that the ocean is the first thing you see each morning. There is a sitting area complete with a queen-size sleeper sofa and dedicated workspace that overlooks the ocean and a private deck. The spa-like primary bathroom features a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, large soaking tub and chandelier, private water closet, and double vanity. A large walk-in closet completes this ocean front sanctuary that pampers you with decadence. The junior primary suite is furnished with a king-sized bed, includes access to a private deck, and has a private bathroom that includes a linen closet, and walk in shower. The third living level and top floor of this home is simply stunning. The fabulous open area with gorgeous high ceilings features a beautiful dining room, a welcoming living room complete with large flat screen tv, wet bar, custom kitchen furnished with Viking appliances, and stunning ocean views. The gourmet kitchen boasts a gas stove, an oversized Viking refrigerator, large farmhouse sink, two dishwashers and ample counter space. There is a dining deck off the kitchen complete with a Wilmington grill that features views of the Intracoastal waterway and ocean. A partial wrap around deck off the living room includes a cozy outdoor sofa and large screen outdoor tv. The foyer offers a convenient private elevator that services all living levels of the home to help you bring your luggage and groceries upstairs while the spacious garage provides parking for 3 vehicles, storage for beach equipment, and has a refrigerator for easy access to your beach supplies. There is an enclosed outdoor shower just off the beach access to help wash away the salt and sand.

Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
