"Shenanigans by the Sea" is located in the heart of Carolina Beach in the Paradise Tower condominiums. This unit boasts third floor oceanfront views and is meticulously cared for and fully equipped. The complex has an elevator making each floor easily accessible. The kitchen, dining area, and living room have an open design and lead out on to your private balcony. There are two bedrooms - one with a King bed, and one with a Queen bed, There's even a separate Twin bed tucked in an alcove to accommodate a total of five. The unit is complete with two full baths.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
