Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer.
Located in the center of Carolina Beach, this lower-level two-bedroom duplex is just steps away from all of the wonderful local eateries, shops, and the famous boardwalk. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and features a sliding glass door that leads to the back deck. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. A spacious bathroom separates the bedrooms and doubles as a laundry room. With plenty of storage space this beautifully updated bathroom gives a spa-like feel to the home. There is also a full bathroom located in the hallway that serves the two bedrooms and visitors. Just off the back deck is a communal grill, picnic table, and outdoor shower that are shared between the upper and lower unit.

Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 vehicles.
