The journey of this traditional Victorian style home began as the guest house to 11 Bridge Street, built by the Comtesse de Montjoye in 1888. Local legend has it, Henry Flagler designed both buildings. By the beginning of the 1900s, it become an apartment building with 4 units. It remained an apartment building for many years and at one point even received a facelift. During the late 1950s and early 1960s, the architecture was changed from Victorian to Spanish Colonial style. In 2008, its new owner/builder and architect Donald A Crichlow completely re-envisioned it as a single family Spanish Victorian home. The house was rebuilt with meticulous care with no expense spared. New systems were added resulting in a new old house. The extensive woodwork was custom designed and milled from local cypress by true artisans.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Owner will provide pest control plan. Security Deposit is two times the monthly rent. Credit and background check required. Acceptable application required prior to showing.
