This beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath home is in a GATED COMMUNITY, just minutes from the Lee County schools. The large primary suite is on the left side of the living room with a large walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with his and her vanity, a make-up area, and a tub/shower combination. Next to the primary suite is the laundry room. Bedroom no 2 is on this side of the house, as is a large closet that would be perfect as a pantry. The door to the double-car garage is in this hallway as well. The garage has automatic openers and a large closet. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the right side of the house, as are the 2nd bathroom, and a linen closet. The backyard is fully fenced with a privacy fence and has a small storage building. The yard is treated quarterly for weeds and insects (including ants). Appointment only due to the security gate. We require 3x the rent in monthly verifiable income - must submit proof of income before showing. Must have good credit. Yard maintenance and monthly pest control are included. A non-refundable application fee of $45 is required for each applicant signing the lease. All proposed occupants 18+ must pass a background check ($17 non-refundable application fee per additional occupant). Pets are allowed with restrictions. Max 2 pets, no pets over 30 lbs. $300 Non-refundable pet deposit per pet and proof of up-to-date Rabies vaccination required. Renter's Insurance is required. You must be at least 21 to apply.
