Sofa/Futon in the Office sleeps one. The bedrooms are sizeable with plenty of closet space and shelving as well.
The Kitchen/adjoining dining area is fully equipped with your essential cookware and appliances. Youll love the convenicence of the in unit washer and new dryer.
As for parking, theres ample space in the driveway complete with a carport (3 cars). The enclosed back yard is cozy with a secured gate.
You and your guests will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. AT@T Stadium, Rangers and Choctaw Stadium, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Globe Life (Concerts, Bars, Restaurants) and Dickies Arena are all within a 9 -15 minute drive.
DFW Airport and Downtown Dallas are respectively only 20 and 25 minutes away. Dallas Love Field Airport will cost you 25 miles. Thee must see Fort Worth Stockyards are a quick 20 minute drive. Hospitals are nearby, Texas Weslyan (9mi) and Univ of TX Arlington (5mi). A day at the Ft. Worth Zoo and Trader Joes is only 15 miles- Whole Foods 19 mins.
