2. Those that pass initial screening will be allowed to view property in person or videos will be sent. For those applying for the flat remotely will need to have a 10 min phone call with us to make sure both parties feel it is a good fit before proceeding

3. Approved applicants will then be sent a thorough rental application and background check

4. Contract signing and deposit
