No smoking inside unless vaping. Washer and dryer on premises. security alarm.
Rent would be 800$ a month with water/garbage included in rent total. All other bills would be split half. House is fully finished and all will be shared. I have a twin bed and dresser if you need this for your room.
Background check will be required which is $55. I would prefer a yearly lease but I am also open to short term as well.
