If you are a Golf or Water Enthusiast we have 17 reasonably priced courses in Highlands County and we are right around the lake from Pinecrest Country Club and Sandhill Grill. Lake Lotela is an 800+ acre sandy bottom RECREATIONAL lake. (Swimming, fishing, boating, skiing, wake boarding) 81 other lakes in Highlands County! We are a Fishermans paradise!

VERY IMPORTANT: Please contact owner with any specific requests/needs to see if we can accommodate you. We typically require 6 MONTHS plus stays. (Due to transient rental tax in Florida) Note: The rate of $2000/mo is what we normally charge for an annual lease, and the owner pays for property wifi, water, garbage, gas. The guest would put electric in their name. Regarding PETS, we do not have any pets on the property at this time. However, we can consider pets on a case by basis. We understand the importance of being a good fit, and we will work with you to try to meet your specific needs. We are happy to tailor our contracts to our individual guests or corporate housing requirements.
