Description

This split-level home has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths and is located on a spacious corner lot with great views of Pikes Peak! Conveniently located across the street from Rampart High School athletic fields. It is approximately 2,254 sq feet and was built in 1983. This home has two living areas, one on the main level and one on the lower with a beautiful wood burning fireplace and walk out to the backyard. Three of the bedrooms have their own private bath, giving multiple options for the master bedroom. A deck is off the formal dining room which also opens to a large, fenced back yard.

This is an older home so it does NOT have AC but the HOA does allow window units on the back of the house that cannot be seen from the street. Also per the HOA, commercial vehicles (i.e. any type of lettering on the exterior of a vehicle for business purposes) are not allowed to be parked in the driveway. The attached two car garage provides the perfect space, though! Trash and recycling service are included in the rent. Tenant pays all utilities.

2 dogs allowed upon owner approval. Dogs must be 12 months or older. Additional $35 added to rent per month per dog and additional $300 security deposit per dog. NO CATS per owner.

Smoking of any kind, including vaping, in the home or garage is strictly prohibited. The growth of marijuana for any reason is also strictly prohibited in or on the premises.

Minimum acceptable credit score of 625. Monthly income requirement is 3 times the rent. Please call for additional qualification details and to schedule a showing. We do not rent our homes sight unseen.

While New Day does accept compliant portable screening reports as defined by HB23-1099, which would result in an application fee refund, we still require that all prospective tenants complete our application. If a compliant portable screening report is provided and e-mailed to [Use EMAIL button] , we will issue an application fee refund after submission of your application.
