- Water, Sewer, Trash and HOA is $100.00 and would need to be added to the monthly rent payment. Tenants responsible for Gas, Power and any amenities
- Application fee $55.00 Non-Refundable
- Gross monthly income must be at least 3 x monthly rent
- Applicants must have a favorable credit history ( Minimum Credit score 675 or above).
- Applicants must be employed and able to furnish acceptable proof of required income
