Less than 10 minutes walk to Whole Foods, the 24-hour CVS, and 2 great neighborhood groceries. Two blocks to Blagden Alley, and one more to the rest of Shaws finest spots on 9th St. COFFEE: La Colombe & The Coffee Bar are both within groggy-morning stumbling distance. Is this the citys finest food and coffee neighborhood? Yes.

Unlimited Transportation: Were a short walk to EVERY Metro line: Blue & Orange, Green & Yellow, and Red are all within 15 minutes on foot (less by Bikeshare). Just a block away are a host of buses to the CBD and beyond. Uber loves this area and is always nearby. And multiple Capital Bikeshare locations are within a two block radius, so theres always one available! So, we have easy (and proven!) commutes anywhere from Capitol Hill to Foggy Bottom or Georgetown, let alone the easy walk down to K St. Oh! And the parking spot 20 yards away makes it incredibly easy to keep a car, whether for daily convenience or just weekend escapes.

The property is available to start between May 15 and June 1. $4300/month includes all condo services (water, gas, trash). Renter pays only electric and phone/TV/internet. Well-behaved pets will be considered, with no specific weight limit. (Theres a community-run dog park at 11th and R Street.) Multi-year leases are encouraged (and frequently offered).
