I am alone and i am living in a 3 bedroom home six months out of the year i live here from mid January to mid July and then i am gone to Europe for 6 months at a time. So for six months out of the year we will be room mates.

So i have 2 extra bedrooms fully furnish that i can rent it out to someone who has

1 or 2 kids and they can stay here all year around, and if you are 1 person and just need

one bedroom i ask for $1,000.00 per month plus utilities

They will have there own bathroom and the house has 2 living rooms, i will NOT bother

them i gel along with every one.

And you will have you own Bathroom, as i have mine in the Master bedroom

So i will say with all utilities garbage TV and internet $1,800. per month for the 6 months that i am

not here, when i am here i will paid 50% of all the utilities and i will taker the yard when i am here

It is fully furnish, and i can buy another refrigerator so you have your own, but The garage

is occupies,
