Move-in is 1st month + last month + 1/2 month security deposit. An application fee of $55 will be payable directly to the Avail screening service.

-This space is best suited for up to 2 adults

-Not Type A/wheelchair accessible (stairs)

-Background check, excellent references, proof of income, and renter’s insurance required

-The main house in the front of the property is rented out on Airbnb. The ADU has exclusive use of the driveway, garage, and backyard. The two units are oriented in different directions and a tall fence and landscaping between the units provide total privacy - you won’t really notice the Airbnb guests.
