The tenant does have a good sized yard around the home. The owner will mow the grass but the tenant is responsible for weeding around the mobile the home. Rent also includes water, therefore, no water slides or pools are permitted. Trampolines are not allowed and tenant will only have access to the yard around the mobile home.
