The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with only long-term families living there—no noise or high traffic.
Tenants can expect to make use of the entire space. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms (**there is a separate unit studio detached from the main house) all bedrooms have queen size bed and plenty of closets. The house is fully furnished and equipped with brand-new appliances, Central A/C, high-speed internet, a smart TV with free Netflix and channels, a designated work space (office) for those who work from home, a kitchen fully equipped, and an in-unit washer and dryer. We provide brand-new bed linens and towels for your stay, but you are welcome to bring yours if wanted.
There is a huge backyard patio with several Mango trees that offer lovely shades, with an outdoor BBQ and dining area, as well as an under-the-tree chatting launch area. Lots of areas for kids to play and run.
We welcome pets with a non-refundable deposit that will be used to deep clean the house after the pet is gone. Furniture damages will be charged if damaged by tenants or pets. Also, no smoking inside the premises or a fee will be charged to fumigate and clean the whole place.
We do pest control monthly through ORKIN, however, this is Miami, we can not be held responsible for season mosquitos or others similar. We will provide yard cleaning every 15 days, and housekeeping is available for an extra charge.
This is our family house, we have put lots of love into decorating it and making it feel like home to our guests. We ask you please to take care of our home and if you ever need anything at all or have any questions, we are available 24/7.
Month-to-month rentals are available, as well as short-term rentals.
