- A security deposit equal to the agreed amount must be paid in full within 48 hours of receiving the approval notification. Once received, the unit will be removed from the market.

- Once approved, all parties must sign the lease agreement.

Employment:

- Employed? We will verify employment through the tenant screening process.

- Starting a new job? A copy of your employment agreement or offer letter is required.

- Self-employed? Well need copies of your last two years tax returns and business bank statements for the past three months (including all pages).

- Retired? Show us proof of your retirement income, like social security or pension checks.
