Charming brand new 424 sq ft fully furnished, move-in ready, casita with private entrance and keyless entry lock. The casita is clean and well kept, stylish and comfortable. Our rental casita is a private unit that is attached to our home. There is a separate private entrance with a keyless entry pad to alleviate any unforeseen lockouts. We also have installed your own private Adobe Alarm System for your own safety. There are no connecting doors, as your casita is truly your own private space!

There is a separate living room with a recliner sofa, a lift-top coffee table with storage, two floor lamps with USB (C) charging ports, and electric outlets, and two end tables with USB ports, and electric outlets as well. There is also a TV with Apple TV included. The living room has artistic acoustic wall panels to absorb sound between the common walls. There are some panels on our side as well. The living room also has laminate flooring with an area rug as well as light-filtering top-down bottom-up shade in the living room window. A ceiling fan with a light/remote has also been installed. Wi-fi is included along with all utilities.

There is a small kitchenette with a backsplash, a two-burner hot plate, a microwave, a small sink, a toaster oven/air fryer, a coffee maker, and an 11.6 cu ft frost-free refrigerator/freezer with plenty of room. There is an additional kitchen storage cabinet to the side of the refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with dinner service for four, pots & pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, towels, garbage/recycle containers and bags, as well as storage containers, and cooking spices.

The separate bedroom has a queen-size bed that sleeps two. There are night tables on either side with a touch-to-turn-on lamp on each table. There are also USB ports and power outlets on each night table. There are Black-Out Window Coverings on two small windows as well as a Black-Out top-down bottom-up shade in the large bedroom window. The floor is carpeted. There is also a corner desk for your laptop and a chair. A ceiling fan with a light/remote has also been installed.

The bathroom has a full bath/shower with shower curtain and liner. There are two shower caddies to hold your products as well as a hand-held shower head. There are towels and linens provided along with toothbrush, toothpaste, disposable razor, shampoo, body lotion, first aid kit, and bar soap. There is also a top-down bottom-up light filtering shade in the bathroom as well as hot water on demand, so you will always have hot water.

There is a walk-in closet with hangers, a hanging closet organizer with drawers, 4 black cloth storage cubes, extra linens, extra towels, a lightweight vacuum cleaner, a Swiffer floor mop, and an iron and ironing board.

The highlighted area in the floorplan shows the dimensions of the casita as well as the common walls. Bedroom 3 is our workout room, and we plan to put acoustic panels on that wall as well. The optional door as shown on the photo does not exist.

Wi-fi is included along with all utilities, and this casita is the perfect size for two people. There is one designated parking space in the driveway. No overnight parking on the street.

There are seven hospitals within a 30 mile or less, drive. There are three Regional Parks all within 25 miles, and lots of stores, and restaurants for your convenience located two miles away. Great, quiet, safe neighborhood is steps away from the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Estrella Mountain Regional Park, White Tank Mountain Regional Park, and South Mountain Park and Preserve are all within 25 miles.
