The kitchen is huge with plenty of room for a table. Off of one side of the kitchen you have the first two bedrooms, which are great sizes. Off of the other side, you have a large, gorgeous living room. The master bedroom is off of the living room, and has a ton of natural lighting. There's also a porch to lounge on!! Resident is responsible for oil heat, electricity, and trash.
Lawn care, snow plowing (NOT shoveling), cold water, and sewer are included in the rent. Resident is responsible for propane heat, electricity (hot water), and trash removal.

The applications take about 4-5 days to process- Once approved we will email you the lease to sign electronically- the security deposit is due upon signing.
