You will also see Garbage & Recycling charges billed as "City Services" on your monthly electricity bill. Trash & Recycling provider is City of San Antonio. Bins provided by City of SA and each is picked up once a week curbside.
Lastly, tenant is responsible for paying water. Water is allocated and billed monthly in addtion to rent payable to management.
PARKING: Off street parking is available around back side of the building. One vehicle per unit unless otherwise approved by management.
