2) 2 most recent pay-stubs or Proof of Income
3) 2 years W-2’s or proof of income, Self-employed 2 years income tax returns
4) Current bank statement (Min proof of 1st month & Sec Dep in account) Sec Deposit is due at time of acceptance.
Rental Screening: Non refundable $38 Per Applicant over 18 yrs old required to apply on line. Tenant screening includes credit report from Equifax, rental and employment verification's. Tenant Guarantors will be verifying and pulling credit on behalf of the Owner/Property Management Company. Please submit ALL your documents to the website or E-mail to [Use EMAIL button] may be approved at the sole discretion of the Landlord. Pet deposit will be required per pet (dog) of $1000 (cat $500). Include Picture of your pet with this application. Renters Insurance is required covering certain breeds of dogs that are considered aggressive dog breeds.
Applicant understands and agrees that: (i) this is an application to rent only and does not guarantee that applicant will be offered the Premises; (ii) Landlord or Manager or Agent may accept more than one application for the Premises and, using their sole discretion, will select the best qualified applicant.
