Bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, linens, dresser, desk/vanity, chair, flat screen TV with Roku device, shoe racks, tower fan, rug & decor. A $250 refundable security deposit required. Coin laundry available on-site.
Area: Located in Portage Park, 1 block south of Addison, between Cicero & Laramie. One bus ride to Metra, blue line, Wrigleyville. Near Post Office, Walgreens, McDonalds, KFC, 7-11 and XSport gyms. Quiet neighborhood.
About me: 39, professional. I work from home so ideally looking for a roommate that does not. You will have the place to yourself when I have work trips, which is fairly regularly. Looking for someone to look after/feed my cat when I’m traveling. I’d like to have a friendship-type of a roommate. I’d love to have movie night, brunch or work out. I can bring a guest to XSport. Totally cool if you prefer to have your space too.
