- A clean criminal background... we will check criminal background.
- No previous evictions, if you have been evicted in the past, we will not approve you to rent our house.
- This is NOT section 8 housing.
Financial details: $2,095 Per month plus 2.3% rental tax... $48.19 ... total monthly rent would be $2,143.19.
Application fee: $55.00. I use the Avail management system and this fee is paid to them to do a credit check and background check.
Move in costs: 1st months rent of $2,143.19, $2,095 refundable security deposit and a $500 (refundable) pet deposit... yes, you read that right... I want to refund your pet deposit when you move out, THE PET DEPOSIT IS 100% REFUNDABLE!
