Sit under mature palm trees which frame the bocce court in front while sipping cocktails, wine, and other refreshments. and gaze across to acres of vineyards. Toward the back of the home and a large patio area offers a hot tub, outdoor seating, a BBQ, and a built-in gas fire pit. A romantic gazebo offers plenty of pictures and table and chairs on which to relax or have breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Although the check-in entrance is around back at the kitchen, you won't want to miss the dramatic front entry with hand laid wood flooring greeting your guests. A grand staircase with high ceilings gives our guests the feel of having your own wine country estate. To the right of the entry is a reading room and formal dining room.
A half bath is down the hallway along with a laundry area with washer and dryer and a side door exit. To the left of the entry is the living room with a wood burning fireplace and large mounted TV. Dish network and Viasat are satellite TV and Internet providers, with Wi-Fi speeds of 12mg/second. This is a great place for kids to watch their favorite shows while parents unwind at the patio or kitchen island, several steps from the living room. A gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space enhances the gourmet style kitchen, with room for guests to join you while making your favorite culinary creations!
Upstairs are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including the large primary room with TV, king bed and a second fireplace. A full bathroom with tub and shower and roomy his and her sinks completes the en-suite bathroom. Two guest bedrooms offer a queen bed, and the fourth has a day bed/trundle. All share a full bathroom.
Wanna get away? The third level is the place to be - a game room with yoga mat, exercise ball, games, card table and TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for teens, writers, and those wanting a bit more privacy.
Pinot Hill Estate has vineyard views and sits next to an olive orchard, where olives are harvested. Less than a mile out Eastside Road is the Riverfront Park with Russian River access and a very moderate two-mile trail,
Old Town Windsor is five minutes away and features restaurants, shops, wine tasting, boutiques and summer concerts. Healdsburg Plaza Square is within 12 minutes, known for it's culinary excellence, wine tasting rooms, boutiques, live performances, summer concerts, and Farmers Market.
