Furnished, sunny, and quiet 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in Lake Street / Central Richmond. Amenities included: central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, in-unit washer dryer, and electric vehicle charging.

This condo is my personal home. I will be spending a lot of time in East Bay for 12 months for school and will spend many evenings over there but I would like to still have my home in SF. I will keep some stuff in the apartment but it will be mostly your space.
I am looking for someone for 12 months but it could turn into more.
- Gigabit Sonic Internet, water, and trash included- electricity, heat, gas not included but lets discuss a fair division.
- Date Available: May 18th 2024. $4,000/month rent. $4,000 security deposit required. The start date and end dates are somewhat negotiable as is the security deposit.

It has a gas stove and gas furnace. It has a street facing garage shared with 3 other tenants, with a dedicated spot that allows for some additional storage. Some of the things I really love about this place:
-> Sunny and bright, no really need for lights during the day except a little bit in the second bedroom. Direct afternoon sun lights up the whole place.
-> Near zero street noise. This unit faces the back of other units and is one of the quietest places Ive ever lived.
-> Large and plentiful closet space.
-> Location: a few hundred feet from Lake Slow street, 12 minutes walk to Baker and China beaches, a short walk to Lincoln Park and the Presidio, an amazing corner produce market at a couple blocks away and an Adronicos and Grocery Outlet within walking distance. A short drive to Golden Gate Park, Ocean Beach, and 4 minutes driving to the Golden Gate Bridge.
The unit will be furnished. This includes West Elm furniture, a Casper King bed, a comfortable folding futon couch for guests in the second bedroom, a Sonos surround sound system, air purifiers, and a 65 OLED wall mounted TV. Furniture included will be agreed upon at lease signing. I will remove some items, but nothing major. Dog in photos is not included.

Im a quiet and clean man in my mid-30s. I am going to Berkeley for my masters in public policy. I will have a 20 pound non shedding dog with me from time to time.
