Resting on a spacious 2-acre lot, the property boasts a large detached garage/shop. The main floor features two finished bedrooms, while the newer construction unfinished basement offers ample potential as a versatile living space, complete with a walkout. Heating is provided via LP gas, with the new tenant required to purchase the remaining LP in the tank upon move-in, and responsible for refills as needed through Pella Coop. Any remaining balance in the tank at move-out will be handled by the owner or a potential new tenant. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Tenant is responsible for mowing / yard care, and providing lawn care equipment. A riding or zero turn mower will be required. If the tenant decides to opt out of lawn care, rent will be $1900 monthly for Owner/Property Manager to manage. Snow removal/shoveling is the tenant's responsibility, with the exception of significant snowfalls (3+ inches) where the owner/property manager will handle driveway snow removal. The tenant is always responsible for patio and steps upkeep.
