All complete applications are processed in the order received. If you are in a back-up position, your application fee will be refunded if another application is approved before yours. Fees are non-refundable once we start screening your application.
SMOKING
All of our units are smoke free. Smoking is not allowed anywhere or within10 feet of the property.
MARIJUANA
We do not allow the growing or smoke of marijuana.
INCOME REQUIREMENTS
Your gross income must be 2.5 times the rent. All income must be verifiable.
This unit DOES qualify as a Type A Accessible Dwelling Unit pursuant to the Oregon Structural Building Code and ICC A117.1.
