Tenant is required to maintain Renters insurance as a condition of the lease. Evidence of renters insurance will be required 72 hours after signing the lease.



Proof of utilities switched to tenant’s name is required 72 hours after the lease is signed.

Pets

A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is due with the security deposit. Renter’s insurance must include a pet liability rider that indemnifies the landlord.
