This renovated property has 30 units spread out over two stories. It's conveniently located within walking distance from the shops and restaurants in East Liberty, Shadyside, and Bloomfield.
All of the flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, electrical, insulation, windows, and HVAC are new as of 2024. It has new highspeed wiring for Fios, but is not set up for Comcast.
Each unit has an assigned parking space across the street or behind the building and on street parking is easy.
There are shared courtyards that include amenities such as patio tables, benches, and bike racks.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
